  Wow! Wasn't expecting this in Hope!! Nice little cozy place, simple small menu, but execllent food!! Fresh local ingredients, prepared well, taste great!! I've eaten at highly rated restaurants in big cities that weren't this good! Friendly and efficient staff. Its a bit expensive, but the quality is so good that its worth it, and its not outrageously expensive, but more than you'd pay for a bad meal at chain restaurant.

  Ordered beef ribs and got half warm lam chops. Then was offered to heat them up in what? Microwave? They were half burned as they were waiting for my salad. Shocking place. Table service was fantastic but delivered to table food absolutely disgusting. Go to any take away if you hungry because the cook in this place is very very dodgy. I regret now that didn't complain in the restaurant but was hungry and tired driving all day. Keep away from this place if you can

  I’m always pleasantly surprised that this restaurant can always consistently keep my pallet impressed. Lots of places make good food now-and-again but this place is consistent in their amazing quality and ability to plate their food. Tucked away in the small and quaint town of Hope, known for the film Rambo and Horns. Hope should be known for this restaurant diamond. Situated downtown on the street of Wallace is the best place to enjoy adventurous food with locally sourced duck and an ever changing “Fresh Sheet”. I picked from the casual menu that stays the same and for good reason. The teriyaki pineapple burger was way beyond any mere burger it was truly an experience of taste one can not describe unless you too have had it. Top it off with the Truffle fries for even more of an adventure. Your tongue and stomach will not regret it. Your wallet will also not regret it.

  Just had one of the best bacon cheese burgers that I've had in a long time. Hand formed patty with egg and dijon mixed in. We'll seasoned. Nice garlic touch as well. Juicy, juicy, juicy. Hope is more than a gas up stop now!
